Weekly: $750 (plus $80 cleaning fee, standard in industry)
Seasonal monthly (3+ consecutive months): $1400 all inclusive*.
Monthly (less than 3 consecutive months): $1700 all inclusive*, plus $80 standard cleaning fee.
Minimum rental period is 7 days, but additional nights may be booked for $120 per night based upon availability.
Rates include all utilities, garbage disposal, high speed internet, satellite TV.
